Overly sensitive touch screen after replacement

I changed the touchscreen of my Galaxy Tab 3 and since then the new screen is too sensitive
Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the screen?

    That is to say, as soon as I want to write, if I press the letter A for example, it instantaneously displays between two and three A's. If I want to delete a letter, it deletes two or three, and the whole keyboard is like that.
    On the other hand, navigation works well except for the two buttons on the white part of the tablet on each side of the middle button at the bottom, which works.
    I was thinking of possibly doing a reset, could that change anything?
