If your photos are stored in the memory of the memory card (if you have one of course) of the phone, you can buy an adapter that will allow you to transfer the photos on your memory card to your computer. Apart from this, I don't see any other solutions.

Hello, I had the same issue and found a solution thanks to a great internet user. You need to press the screen for 25 seconds and it works again. It's great, I will be able to recover photos and videos of my children.

But since today, it doesn't want to cooperate anymore...
