Samsung phone stuck on logo

Hello

 My Samsung Galaxy A51 fell on the ground, and after turning it on, it gets stuck on the logo
 Please, a solution to resolve the problem or at least to back up the data.

    When searching on the Internet, it is advised that in case of a blockage on the logo, you should try resetting to factory settings.

    It's possible that the battery has shifted a bit and there's a contact issue. So you would need to open the smartphone and check that the contacts are good. Tutorial for opening it here:

    As for data backup, the smartphone must have restarted. Otherwise, you'll need to call a company specialized in data recovery.
    Just check that some data (contacts, photos) haven't been automatically backed up either with Samsung or with Google.
