Hello,

I just installed the Edge browser.

Could you please tell me how to prevent it from closing without notifying me that there are multiple tabs open?

Thank you very much!

Hello,

Be notified by a dialog box if you close Microsoft Edge with multiple tabs open:

Open Edge

Clear everything in the address bar (URL)

Copy and paste --► edge://settings/appearance

Then press the Enter key

Scroll down the page to the section --► Customize the browser

Toggle the highlighted line --► Ask before closing a window with multiple tabs

--------------

Another path:

Open Microsoft Edge.

Go to the three dots located at the top right.

The line --►Settings

Left menu --►Appearance

Scroll down the page to the section --► Customize the browser

Toggle the highlighted line --► Ask before closing a window with multiple tabs

When closing Microsoft Edge, a dialog box will warn if you want to close the tabs

Do you want to close all tabs?

Good evening pistouri,

I copied and pasted after a search on Edge and didn't check it.

This is the correct link:

I'm putting it in parentheses because even through Notepad, I end up with the jumble that I transmitted,

but your tutorial is undoubtedly simpler and more relevant. I will use it.
