I have just been charged €42.99 on my Ppal account in favor of Digital River Ireland, Ltd. I do not know this company and I don’t even know what they sell.

I am disheartened because since I opened my Ppal account in 2008, this is the first time this has happened to me.

What action do you recommend?

I called PayPal directly, and they opened a dispute. It should be noted that I had 4 withdrawals over 2 years of various amounts, but I hadn't noticed them since I was using PayPal very little at that time.
