TV Windsor and Universal Remote Issue

Hello,
after multiple moves I have lost the remote control for my Windsor television model WD 5521 PL,
I bought an 8-in-1 universal remote (it has no code) from Liddle but I have also lost its manual.
I tried to connect my daughter's PlayStation in vain but it seems that I need to activate the AV mode on the television.

Does anyone happen to know the codes for Windsor televisions for universal remotes?
Or how to manually set the AV mode on these televisions?

Hello,

If I understand correctly
1- Your remote control is out of order.
2- You can't find the channel settings on your TV.

We need to start by solving the remote control issue by finding a remote that works with your TV like the original one. For that, please provide the model number of your TV.

Personally, I haven't had a TV since November 29 because since the switch to digital, my TV no longer works. The booklet about digital terrestrial television is no help at all, and I can no longer find the booklet that came with my TV. Please help me.

Your problem is not a relationship issue between your remote control and your television, but an issue of your television's adaptation to digital terrestrial television (DTT).

As a consequence, people who are able to help you, but who do not have knowledge about remote controls, will not even come to look at your request.

My television was purchased no more than 3 months ago, so it has built-in digital terrestrial television (DTT).

You click on Quick Search, fill it out and click Next (2x) and you'll see code 236 which, once entered, will allow you to remote control your television.
As for the rest, I'll let you discover.

I just need to find that remote control... :( hoping it won't cost me more than the television ;)

It's not always easy to order something online when you live in Réunion, between shipping costs and customs duties... sometimes it seems completely absurd.

I have the same problem...
I have a PS2 and a Windsor TV without a remote control. You can access the menu by simultaneously pressing the first two buttons, to adjust the channels, etc... but these stupid TV designers forgot about the AV mode.
Only accessible with the remote control.
I haven’t found a compatible remote control yet, but it must exist:
the model of the TV is W36K.

Hello

I also have a Windsor CD3262 W11B/2 TV.
I see in the settings menu (MENU button + Settings + Other settings > Software Update) of my TV that it is possible to do software updates (it says software but I assume it refers to the firmware).

How do I perform the update?
Does the TV need to be connected to the internet? If so, how and with what wiring and on which site?

Currently, it displays:
software version V.0.3.8f
application version V.01.8

Please can you help me and explain how to perform the updates?

Bonjour, j'ai un petit problème avec ma télécommande, elle est hors service et le code de ma télé est le W 3206 de la marque Windsor. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît m'indiquer où l'acheter à Paris ou comment l'adapter à une télécommande universelle ?
