universal remote code for VD Tech TV

Hello, I have a VD TECH tqs-3710 TV
and I bought a universal remote TnB TCUNSLIM 1
but the problem is that I don't have the code for the TV in the user manual
can someone help me

Hello,  I can't answer your question, but I own the same TV and I'm desperately looking for a universal remote.  Does the one you bought work?

Here is the customer service phone number for VD Tech: 0811 482 202
However, it seems that VD Tech TVs are not compatible with universal remotes. However, if the model is not too old, customer service may provide you with an original remote.
