Amazon Gift Card refused (purchased with Paysafecard)

Hello, I purchased over 200 euros worth of gift card codes on the Paysafecard website. So the Paysafecard site gave me the codes that I entered on the Amazon site, and they were indeed taken into account and validated by Amazon (the money is in my Amazon balance),
so I decided to order... problem, the codes "contravene Amazon's general conditions."
Here is the message from Amazon below: Hello, We have canceled your order and voided the Amazon gift card balance used for the purchase. We took these measures because you tried to use Amazon.fr gift cards that violate our terms and conditions. We are unable to reissue these Amazon.fr gift cards or refund the corresponding amount. Note that if you purchased your Amazon gift card from a retailer or obtained it from a third party, they will also be unable to reissue these gift cards or refund the corresponding amount. If this activity continues, we may take permanent action on your account. If you believe we took this action in error, please respond to this email with an attachment of the receipts for the gift cards or other documents proving ownership of the gift cards, such as an email or SMS from the gift card sender, or an image of the physical gift card. When sharing the document, please ensure that the name, address, payment type, and transaction information are clearly visible.
The issue is that the Amazon codes are indeed in the balance but I cannot spend them for fear that Amazon will close my account as they are supposedly contrary to Amazon's laws even though they were purchased from Paysafecard.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem, and how can you help me? Thank you.

I've never heard of or used this type of Paysafe card.
I couldn't find anything on the internet either.
You will need to contact Amazon support THROUGH your existing account and ask them the question.
There is a possibility to contact them via "chat" but you have to look for it each time as it's not easy to find at all.
PS: make sure to keep all purchase proofs, vouchers, invoices, etc.
