Outlook inbox "Other" emails have disappeared

Hello,

I am very upset because my emails received in my Outlook inbox in the "Other" section (those in the "Focused" section are intact) have disappeared.

I have done several searches on the settings, forums... but I'm not managing to figure it out.

Can someone help me?

      On your phone, you are using the Outlook app, I suppose.

      Click on your avatar.

      At the bottom left, click on the gear icon (settings).

      Scroll down and uncheck "Focused Inbox."

      At the top right, click on the gear icon.

      At the bottom, click on "View all Outlook settings."

      Mail

      Layout

      Uncheck "Sort messages..."

      Your emails haven't disappeared anyway...

    Thank you for your explanations.

    I have followed the steps, the emails are now properly in my inbox and not separated into "important" and "others" anymore, but I still can't find my emails (initially placed in "others").

      multiple search options:

      1)

      On the PC/inbox, in search, type a word, a name, or an address of disappeared emails, perform the search in the inbox, all emails from your folders will be scanned, if it's negative do 2:

      2)

       Emails redirected to the inbox

         https://outlook.live.com/mail/inbox  

        At the top right, "gear icon"  

        At the bottom right, all settings.  

        On the left, mail.  

        In the center, Rules.  

        Delete the rule that sends emails to the trash (deleted items) or other folders  

      If there is redirection you should find out more.

      Check if emails are in the trash (deleted items)

      If your emails went through the trash (deleted items) and it has been emptied, use the following method (3) to recover permanently deleted emails

      3)

      Recover emails already deleted on Outlook or Outlook.com

       https://outlook.live.com/mail/  

      Click on "deleted items" (trash)  

      Click on "Recover deleted items from this folder"  

      All emails you delete from the trash are kept for 30 days and you will see the recovery option.

      Also check in "sent items" with the option "search (as in 1)
