How to recover my Hotmail inbox?

I can't access my inbox even though I haven't lost my password. I've followed some advice and clicked on: your account is not accessible. I've gone through all the steps since yesterday but to no avail. I filled out the form as instructed, but I haven't received any concrete response. Ultimately, I don't know if I can trust this Microsoft accounts team.
