Access Outlook mailbox

Hello, since yesterday I have been unable to access my Outlook email box on my desktop PC, the login and password are correct because I can log in with my mobile phone.
My wife is also able to connect with her desktop PC.
Something is blocking me but I can't figure it out, does anyone have any ideas please? Thank you

You can also test in private browsing mode with your browser (or try with another browser as well…) to rule out any issues related to cache or browser extensions.
