Issue with Messenger for Marketplace

Hello,

I'm annoyed because on Messenger, it shows me that I have two new messages following an ad I posted on Marketplace, but when I try to view them, it gives me an empty box with no new message!

Even my past sales are no longer visible!

And yet on my lock screen, I see the messages with the beginning but nothing when I unlock to check.

 Does anyone have a solution, please?

Hello,

I had the same problem. You need to uninstall Messenger and then reinstall it, and it will work again.

Well no, why would you lose everything?... You just remove the app and then reinstall it... you're not deleting your Facebook account.

There has been an update to Messenger. Now there is a special tab just for messages from Marketplace.

Yes, I've seen it but when I go into the tab, I see nothing ???? even though people are messaging me!
