Marketplace message issue

Hello, I'm reaching out to ask a question because I want to contact sellers (or rather future roommates) on Marketplace but I can no longer send messages. I've looked at the FB help section, where they say it's either because I've sent too many messages (I should be sending one to two messages a week for housing) or because I've been "blocked" due to not following community rules... but I haven't said anything inappropriate... So I don't understand. Have you ever had this issue, and how did you resolve it because it's becoming urgent; I need housing within a month and a half.

Thousands of messages similar to yours are on the forum; the only solution is to discuss it with Facebook, as they alone can solve your problem.
