Disappearance of subtitling...

Hello,

On my Sharp AQUOS TV, my closed captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing has disappeared.

In the menu, it's still activated.

This has happened to me before; I would deactivate it, then reactivate it (in the menu) and it would start working again.

Now, my subtitles have disappeared and I can't seem to bring them back....

Can someone help me?

I unplugged the TV for several minutes, I reinstalled the channels... NOTHING!

Likewise, in the menu, I removed the subtitles, then did a "factory reset," then auto-reinstalled the channels, then reactivated the subtitles... And still NOTHING.

I don't know what else to do...

SOS! What should I do, please?;

Could it be due to an electronic component that has blown?
