Remove subtitles installation Terminal Satellite Fransat

Hello,

We just installed the decoder on our TV: Fransat DF-650 HD digital satellite terminal.
All the channels are there, but there is a captioning that we did not request and cannot remove.

Can you tell us how to do it?

    Hello,
    There is a "SUBT" button on the remote control above the colored buttons, in the middle, press it and disable the subtitles.

      Thank you Andy, but there’s no sub button on the remote, and the ones above the color buttons have little drawings: I pressed them one after the other, and nothing happened each time… I’m sorry.

        No, that's not it...

      it's not the same remote control; instead of your Subt button, there's a button with a star and a small paddle (it looks like that) with the function "Options" (according to the manual)... I pressed it... but nothing happened...

    Try to check in the menus if the subtitles are not there
    Try to reset to factory settings see attached PDF,
    PS: the SUBT key is clearly visible at the end of the PDF or it's not the same remote
