Subtitle issues with Takara SL99 TNT receiver

Hello,

I have a problem with subtitles that automatically come back on. In the menu, the "subtitles" function is indeed set to off.
This issue mainly occurs on "France Télévision" channels, apparently not on the TF1 group, etc...

    Hello,
    Try to unplug everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" or "reinitialization" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

    This is a known bug; to fix it, you need to install a new software update. To do this, you need to contact the brand Takara and ask them to provide you with this update.
