Homday x pert Bluetooth headphones one earbud not charging

Hello, I've had my earbuds for a few weeks, almost a month, but for the last few days, one of my earbuds, specifically the right one, is indicating that it’s not charged even though the case is charged and it’s inside. It shows a red light indicating that it’s charging, but a few seconds later, it turns blue and stops charging. I don’t know what to do. Thank you for helping me understand the problem.

Clearly a defective product, so check with the warranty.
