Connect Homday X-Pert Watch

Hello, I bought this watch but I can't connect it to my app. The instructions say to turn on Bluetooth and go into the app, but when I get inside and press a button, it says connection problem.
What should I do?

    I have the same problem with my watch purchased from vwist, I don't know Chinese.
