Hello everyone,
When I turn on my Canon MB2750 printer, the error 5B00 appears and my printer is completely stuck...
I tried restarting it by using key combinations and I succeeded, but the wifi and the USB port remain blocked, it's impossible to install the printer..
Can someone please help me?

Hello.
Known issue with the used ink counter that needs to be reset using the Canon service tool, do a Google search with these bold keywords and you will find it.

A hello, a reply, a thank you are always appreciated.-
Thank you for your response, but I am getting error 006 with the utility version 5103.
Yet the printer is from 2006...
Quick question
To enable the printer's service mode, should the printer screen be off or on?
Thanks in advance

Service mode on a Canon printer is a state when the chips of your Canon printer are open for writing. This mode is essentially used for maintaining the printer and resetting the printer’s chips.
How to enter service mode on a Canon printer
If your printer is in an error state like error support code 5B00 and you want to reset your printer, you need to enter your printer into service mode. To enter service mode, you must connect the USB cable to the computer while the printer is off. Entering service mode can only be done by pressing the combination of the power button and the Stop/Reset/Resume or Cancel button. Basically, entering Service mode on all Canon printers is almost the same.
The printer button used to enter service mode is
- Power/On/Off button
- Stop/Reset/Resume/Cancel button
Procedure to enter service mode
- Ensure that the printer’s power is off, while pressing the Resume/Cancel button, hold down the power button. (DO NOT release the buttons. The LED lights up green to indicate that a function is selectable.)
- While holding the power button down, release the Resume/Cancel button. (DO NOT release the power button.)
- While holding the power button down, press the Resume/Cancel button 2 times (to manually reset) or 5 times (to reset using the service tool), then release the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons. (Each time you press the Resume/Cancel button, the light alternates between orange and green, starting with orange.)
- Now, your printer is in service mode.
- You can use the Canon service tool to perform maintenance or manual maintenance by pressing the Resume/Cancel button the specified number of times according to the printer function. Each time you press the Resume/Cancel button, the LED alternates between orange and green, starting with orange.
- If you are performing maintenance manually, after pressing the Resume/Cancel button the specified number of times, press the power button to execute the selected function.
- Once the printer has executed the selected function, the printer returns to service mode, and you can perform another function again.
- If you want to enter the printer into operational mode, simply restart your printer by pressing the power button to turn it off, then press the power button again to turn your printer on.

Hello everyone .....
To reset the ink counter on this printer, you need to use the Canon Service Tool V5103 ► Available here (See bottom of the page ► Download Canon Service Tool V5103)
The printer must be operated in service mode ► See this link (translate with the browser and its extension if there are issues...)
For your information ... done on a Canon printer of a different model with the V5400 tool, but the principle is the same ► See this link
