Hello!

I had a paper jam on this printer, and now I have this error message that I can't get rid of. Supposedly there's still a sheet stuck, but I've looked everywhere, opened it from the back and I can't see anything...

I saw a video on how to hard reboot it, but unless I didn’t do it right, it hasn’t changed anything; I keep going back and forth between these two error messages.

I’ve unplugged it, uninstalled the printer, and I don’t know what else to do. Apparently, I need to check that nothing is still stuck, and/or delete the print job (but I don’t have anything left, it seems).

Do you have any ideas?? Thanks in advance!!!

Hello,

Unplug the printer from the wall outlet.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer properly.

Follow the tutorial below:

Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller
Run it as an administrator
Uninstall all the products of the Canon printer
Make sure to follow the tutorial to uninstall everything properly including residual folders and keys.
For the residual scan, check --> advanced mode
Restart the PC.

Download this driver --> MAXIFY MB2750
Plug the printer back into the wall outlet
Turn on the printer
Start the driver setup
Follow the instructions

Hello!

Thank you for the feedback! But unfortunately the issue remains the same, the printer's screen keeps showing the error (5105 or 5C01)...

It's more likely that it needs to have its siphon cleaned rather than the computer...

Darn..... Sadness... Any other idea?? Thank you!

 €113 The repair shipment

At this price, maybe consider another printer?

It's up to you to make that decision.

Good evening.

Yeah, I know... €106 for a new one with the promo code they're giving then.

But ethically, environmentally it’s not great at all... bunch of idiots at Canon and the others.

Hello,

Just like pod coffee makers, printer manufacturers are dumping prices just to sell consumables at exorbitant rates, the result is of course that without considering potential parts, shipping costs, and labor time, there is almost nothing that is repairable anymore.

Besides dealers, there are no more qualified artisans, it is striking this time in the case of so-called "watchmakers" who are often not even able to change a battery.
