Hello,

I'm reaching out to you because I have a problem with my Envy Inspire 7200e printer. The final output of my print is not optimal, and I don't know why. When printed, the colors appear darker and more saturated than on my files.

It might be a settings issue, but which one is the question.

Do you have any ideas?

    Hello,

Do you use original HP ink cartridges?

What type of paper do you use?

See HERE on the CCM Forum.

        Double-sided photo paper.

I don't know if this will help, but I use glossy paper printing because HP photo paper doesn't work with double-sided printing.

      For what types of printing?

I don't know if this is the expected answer, but I print, as mentioned earlier, on double-sided photo paper because I print double-sided.

However, I use the "HP Glossy/Professional Paper" setting because it is impossible to print double-sided with the "HP Photo Paper" option.

I misspoke. Do you practice personal or professional reprography?

    Oh okay, purely personal.

I only use HP Photo Paper and HP Matte Photo Paper.

The photo is displayed on the wall of my office (professional)...

Indeed, the colors are purely magnificent. It might be a support issue; I will try with HP photo paper. Thank you for your help.

After receiving and testing the HP photo paper, I'm forced to admit that the problem is the same; the printed image is much more saturated than the image on the screen.

Aside from testing print settings, I don't see what else can be done. In any case, thank you for your help.
