Hello,

I currently have an HP ENVY 5543 All-in-One Printer. However, there is a persistent problem when I try to print from a computer. I start the print job and there is a long loading time, lasting several dozen seconds; until the following message appears:

"Clear the paper jam and check that the paper tray is installed correctly."

Unable to print anything. The paper jam is fine as well as the tray. Note that the printer doesn’t even pick up the paper from the tray.
