Hello everyone
My HP ENVY PHOTO 6234 printer is indicating that I need to change the cartridges because the following message is displayed: "the cartridges are not communicating with the printer - change the cartridges"
I have replaced both cartridges with a compatible model. Qilive H300 PACK
The message persists after the change and I still can't print
Can you please help me?
