WINDOWS key lock when I launch a game

Hello,

I have a SteelSeries Apex 7 TKL keyboard and I think I made a wrong manipulation, but since then my Windows key no longer works. Let me explain: as soon as I start my PC, everything goes well, but if I have the misfortune to launch a game, the Windows key stays disabled. I've looked everywhere and I can't find a solution, so I need help please.

    Hello,

    I see that your keyboard has a button with the Steelseries logo; I assume this button is a function key. One thing to try would be to use the "steelseries" + Windows shortcut to see if the key works again.

    These keyboards sometimes have a "game" mode that automatically disables the Windows key. If you're using the Steelseries application, you need to look in the settings to disable this feature. But the shortcut mentioned above should work too.

      Well seen my friend,

      I had the same issue, just press the key with the SteelSeries logo + the Windows key at the same time, and the Windows key will work normally,

    Hello.

    You must have changed some settings in your game, reset the game options to default.

    or

    If this problem is recent, you can also simultaneously press the Windows and R keys, a window will appear, copy/paste this rstrui.exe then click on OK, the system restore will open, perform a system restore to a date before your issue.
