TnB mouse scroll wheel not working

Hello,

I bought a mouse from the TnB brand, specifically the wireless model "silent Rubby series." My problem is that I can't scroll a page with the wheel, but by clicking on it and then moving my mouse, it can go up or down (with the small icon point + arrow).

If you have any solutions, I would appreciate it! I sent an email to customer service but haven't received any response.

    Hello,

    It's most likely the scroll wheel that is defective, check with support if it is still under warranty.
