Wireless mouse tnb not working

Hello,

I bought a Tnb wireless mouse model: srsfrubby2

I connected it to my computer, the installation was executed correctly, the mouse turned on, however the cursor does not move.
I have often changed USB ports, tested various internet solutions... Yet nothing seems to work.
When I plug in the USB, it is detected by my computer: Asus running Windows 8.

Do you know how I can fix this problem?
