The mouse middle click is not working.

Good evening,

I'm experiencing a rather strange problem; the scroll wheel click on my mouse is no longer working, however, the scrolling up/down is functioning perfectly.

Could this be a hardware issue? Are the click and scroll functions independent from a hardware perspective?

    Indeed, I would need to disassemble the mouse, I tested it on another OS and the problem persists (hardware issue then).

    Good evening.

    Scrolling and clicking are different components. It's quite common for the micro switch (click) to get dirty. It can be replaced or, even better, cleaned after disassembly. This can happen to both the right and left clicks, as they are generally the same micro switches.
