Hello,

The scroll wheel on my mouse is working, but I have to use it for at least 30 seconds to see my internet page scroll down a few centimeters.

I noticed that when I move my mouse or use the wheel, a red light comes on inside the mouse. This indicates that the wheel's usage is being detected.

Through the Windows control panel, I tried to change the scroll wheel settings to make it more sensitive to speed up scrolling, but it didn't change anything.

Additionally, without changing the direction in which I turn the wheel, sometimes my internet page scrolls up and sometimes down.

I also tried removing it through the device manager, unplugging it, and plugging it back in for it to be reinstalled.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
    Perhaps this mouse is tired...

      Hello,

The problem is that this is the first use of this new mouse.

Oh, so according to you, it can only be a design issue?

I just plugged in a mouse from another PC and it works perfectly right away...

" I just plugged in a mouse from another PC and it works perfectly right away ... "

This quote shows that this mouse is defective and that the problem does not come from the computer, so return it to customer service as I mentioned earlier...

In this case, the issue is resolved.
