Battery notification PC

Hello,
After being away for several weeks, my PC constantly displays the following message: "your battery level is very low, please plug in your PC": even though it is properly plugged in.
This works temporarily, but every time I restart the PC, the message appears again constantly.
I have to repeat the procedure each time.
Do you have any ideas for solutions, please? THANK YOU

Hello,
Thank you for the feedback.
It's a good thing the battery is removable.
Best wishes.

Hello,
Your link doesn't seem to have any relation to the battery issue. And this link, I was the one who asked the question to Microsoft (under the pseudonym Cherchetout).
You must have mixed up the links.

here is the procedure I followed
Have a good day Tchapayev,
My name is Carlo, I am an independent advisor and a member of the community just like you.
I also use Windows 10 PC. Let's work together to solve this problem.
Here are the steps you can try.
-Press the Windows + X key
-Go to Settings
-Click on Update and Security
-Click on Troubleshoot, then on Additional Troubleshooters.
-Look for Power and run the troubleshooter.
Once that’s done, proceed as follows.
-Press the Windows + X key
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand Batteries
-Look for the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
-Right-click and uninstall
After restarting, the driver will be installed automatically.
Restart your computer and observe it. Make sure that the charger and ports are properly connected.
I hope the above information helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
sincerely
Carlo T.THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSES

I found your Microsoft link, it doesn’t work on CCM.

For your problem, maybe restore an older Microsoft ACP driver in the device manager.
What is your version of W10?
Press Windows + X
