    Hello,

    Thank you for the feedback.

It's a good thing the battery is removable.

    Best wishes.

    Hello,

Your link doesn't seem to have any relation to the battery issue.

And this link, I was the one who asked the question to Microsoft (under the pseudonym Cherchetout).

You must have mixed up the links.

here is the procedure I followed

      Have a good day Tchapayev,

My name is Carlo, I am an independent advisor and a member of the community just like you.
I also use Windows 10 PC. Let's work together to solve this problem.

Here are the steps you can try.
-Press the Windows + X key
      -Go to Settings
      -Click on Update and Security
-Click on Troubleshoot, then on Additional Troubleshooters.
-Look for Power and run the troubleshooter.

Once that’s done, proceed as follows.
-Press the Windows + X key
      -Go to Device Manager
      -Expand Batteries
-Look for the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
      -Right-click and uninstall
After restarting, the driver will be installed automatically.

Restart your computer and observe it. Make sure that the charger and ports are properly connected.

I hope the above information helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

      sincerely
      Carlo T.

      THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSES

I found your Microsoft link, it doesn’t work on CCM.

      ******

For your problem, maybe restore an older Microsoft ACP driver in the device manager.

What is your version of W10?

      Press Windows + X

      Type --► winver

      Post a screenshot.

--► Insert an image in a message

Since I removed the battery, I no longer have this message... it was the battery that was draining the power from the outlet... (it was a technician who detected this problem)

      Best regards
