    The page is not displaying normally, you should have received this response.

    ReplyI am providing the answer again, but a bit more complete (step-by-step procedure added):

    If your account is on the new interface, its synchronization through Windows Live Mail using the HTTP/EAS protocol, the one you are currently using, is no longer possible, hence the error you are experiencing.

    You will need to set up another email account (for the same email address, no need to create a new address, okay!) to use the IMAP or POP3 protocol [*] of your choice, but I recommend using IMAP.

    [*]As a reminder, below are the POP, SMTP, and IMAP settings:

    For POP3 (POP + SMTP), the necessary settings are as follows. They are valid regardless of the email software used:

    • Incoming mail server (POP3)
      • Server name: pop3.live.com
      • Port number: 995
      • SSL
      • Username: full email address
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
      • Server name: smtp-mail.outlook.com or smtp.live.com
      • Port number: 587
      • TLS/SSL
      • Check the box 'My server requires authentication' or a similar phrase depending on the email software used.

    Note: To use the POP3 protocol, you must verify that POP access is enabled via the Hotmail/Outlook.com webmail, https://outlook.live.com/owa/ --> gear icon --> 'Options' --> 'POP and IMAP' --> select 'Yes'

    or, directly, https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=%2Foptions%2Fpopandimap

    For IMAP (IMAP + SMTP), the necessary settings are as follows. They are valid regardless of the email software used:

    • Incoming mail server (IMAP)
      • Server name: imap-mail.outlook.com
      • Port number: 993
      • SSL
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
      • Server name: smtp-mail.outlook.com or smtp.live.com
      • Port number: 587
      • TLS/SSL
      • Check the box 'My server requires authentication' or a similar phrase depending on the email software used.

    For those who do not know how to create a new email account and apply these settings, simply follow this small procedure very closely:

    'File' --> 'Options' --> 'Mail Accounts' --> 'Add' --> 'Email Account'

    • --> Fill in the first page of the form provided by the account creation wizard --> 'Email address', 'Password', 'Display name', check if you wish 'Set as default email account', check the box 'Manually configure server settings'
      --> 'Next'
    • --> Fill in the second page of the form provided by the account creation wizard:
      Incoming server information: 'Server type': 'IMAP' --> 'Server address': 'imap-mail.outlook.com' --> 'Port' 993 --> check the box 'Secure connection (SSL) required' --> 'Authentication' 'Plain text' --> 'Connection name': whatever you want
      Outgoing server information: 'Server address': 'smtp-mail.outlook.com' --> 'Port' 587 --> check the box 'Secure connection (SSL) required' --> check the box 'Authentication required'
      --> 'Next'

    You just need to check the settings as indicated in my message 3, and I can't do that for you. You can also conduct the following search on Google error 0X80194194
