Windows live mail an error has occurred...

Good evening,

when I want to send an email or reply to an email, I get an error message:
"a problem occurred while opening this message, please try again later"
when I receive emails I can open them... I can post in forums too

I have Windows Live Mail 2011 15.4.3555.0308, which works with Vista
I saw the updates for Windows Live Mail and the latest version is 16.4.3528.0331 compatible with Vista 32-bit.

I came across a post from December 2015 that stated that Windows Live Mail was limited to version 2011 with Vista????

I would like to reinstall Windows Live Mail 2011 to see if the error message occurs again, but I can't download it to reinstall..
if the post from December 2015 is true, I won't be able to install the latest version 16.4.3528.0331 and I will end up without Windows Live Mail...

when I go to uninstall a program and choose Windows Live Mail 2011 and want to repair it, it tells me to uninstall it to resolve the issues and to reinstall it, there is no "repair" option.
