How to reset the Homday Xpert wireless headset

Hello,

I have a black Homday Xpert wireless headset, which has satisfied me a lot until now. But unfortunately, due to an accident, I had to change my phone. So here I am with a Samsung Galaxy. But when I try to connect my headset to watch videos on YouTube, it always connects to the old phone... How do I proceed to reset the headset?

Thank you in advance.

    Hello

If he's still connecting to the old one, it's because you still have it.
In that case, the simplest solution is to remove the headset in the Bluetooth settings of the old one, and you won't be bothered anymore.

    Best regards

The problem is that, since the old one suffered an accident, it is no longer usable. A large part of the screen remains black, while a small part at the top remains visible. That's why I want to solve the problem using the headset because, even though the phone "still works," I can't use it to remove the headset.

You can simply wait for it to be unloaded, it normally won't take more than a day or two.
As for the headset, I have no idea; you need to refer to its documentation to see if this option exists or simply reset it, which will erase all settings.

This information can be found in the documentation or on their website. It's not universal and depends on the brand and model.
