Sagemcom RM50 cannot access internet radio

Sagemcom RM50 Radio
Since yesterday
it connects very well to my box (playing my music on my box is fine) but for internet radios, I get "the server refused the connection" !!!!
What to do

Good evening, it's exactly the same for me. For the past 15 years, my RM50 has been running 24/7 to provide audio for an AM transmitter received in the house by my tube radios. For the past 4 days, access to the server has been denied.
I don't know the reason, but I hope it's not a definitive abandonment that would make the RM50 obsolete...
Otherwise, is there perhaps a procedure to follow if the server address has changed to reconfigure access through the RM50?
I'm with Orange but it's indeed nothing to do with the ISP. I hope the server is only temporarily affected...
I also sent a question to vtuner support last night... we'll see their response.
Hello ... I'm just like all of you and I've been struggling with my RM 50 for the past 3 days, which I've had for over 15 years, because I can't pick up RTL from home, a station I've followed since I was born!!! 76 years old ... on the other hand, I have 2 other Wi-Fi radios from 2 different brands that work fine, I think this situation is due to the brand. I contacted SAGEMCOM in RUEIL MALMAISON yesterday, and they told me they haven't provided any warranty or repair support for many years???? ..... so let's hope this is just a passing joke.

Normal since each brand will use its own streaming service or via an agreement with a distributor. It's the "flaw" of these devices, that we are tied to it and cannot change it.
So it's possible that the distributor simply stopped the broadcast of the service, and that it is permanent. but hard to verify. If it were just a simple outage, it probably wouldn't last several days.
I had indeed noticed their address (SAGEMCOM) and, for the record, observed that they were located on the same street a few numbers away from where I spent my entire childhood at my grandparents' house... Amusing.
Let's hope this brings us good luck because if the termination of the vtuner usage agreement is definitive, we can throw our RM50s in the trash. The FM tuner part is of poor quality.
As I did and as others have done, I advise you to send an email to vtuner support citing the model (Sagemcom RM50) and, if possible, the MAC address of the RM50. Identification is done using the MAC address for this type of service.
Email in English to support @ vtuner.com (remove the spaces)

Nope: no response at all. It doesn't smell good at all. A server issue would have already been resolved, I believe. So there's still a contract termination between Sagemcom and vtuner!

There is an email address that allowed (it seems to me!!) to register a list of favorite radios directly on vtuner. I found the address http://sagem.vtuner.com/setupapp/amit/asp/AuthLogin/SignIn.asp. Only the dual radio from Sagemcom seems to be registered. I tried to enter the MAC code of my RM 50 (which is found on the back of the device) without success (ID# unknown)... I sent an email to vtuner hoping (not very optimistically) to get a response.

Exactement la même chose m'est arrivée. J'étais prêt à le jeter malgré le fait qu'il fonctionne parfaitement depuis 12 ans. Maintenant, je dois réinitialiser chacune de mes stations de radio préférées parce que l'une des choses que j'ai essayées était de réinitialiser aux paramètres d'usine, ce qui n'avait pas fonctionné à l'époque.

Same for us! If there is a software or licensing issue related to the radio itself, maybe we should contact the sales department at Sagem...?
