Missing channels with TNT SAGEMCOM DT84HD

Hello, I use the Sagemcom TNT 84 HD receiver solely for recording on a SONY RDR HXD 890, which unfortunately has become obsolete for TNT. Until a month or two ago, everything was working fine, I was receiving all the channels. Two days ago, I wanted to record channel 3 (France 3) and got a message saying (this channel does not exist)?
No problem, I'll do a new automatic installation, but I'm still facing the same issue? I went to update the software, and once launched I received a message (your receiver is already up to date)? Software version V1.0.5. Finally, I did a factory reset, but there’s still no change. I can receive channels:
5/6/7/8/9/15/16/17/18 and 22. Since I have another recorder, a VERBATIM MEDIASTATION HD DVR, which has also become obsolete for TNT, I purchased a STRONG SRT 8114 receiver that looks a lot like the SAGEMCOM? The difference is that when I connected it in place of the SAGEMCOM, I received all the channels, so my installation is practically good. I've done everything I know; if there’s a way to find another solution, it would save me from throwing yet another one in the trash.

If the connections are correct, I'm afraid your Sagemcom is good for the dump (not the trash!)

In which region are you using this device?
On October 3rd, the frequencies of the channels changed in two regions

If you are in the affected areas, it is necessary to rescan for digital channels

Hello Ticolo, given all the issues with the DT84 that have been posted on the forum, it's indeed a pile of crap. I will therefore close my request since repair is impossible and that's another one to throw away (I'm grumbling).
