HP Printer Offline but Still Printing!

Hello!

I have a problem with my HP Deskjet 2547 printer. Two weeks ago, I could no longer print or scan.... So I removed the driver, which was evidently outdated. I updated the driver and was prompted to use HP Smart. No problem, but I'm being told that it’s the HP Deskjet 2540 and not the 2547 and that this printer is offline! Therefore, I cannot scan or use HP Print and Scan Doctor! But the miracle is that I can print....

I’m completely lost and am requesting your help.

    Hello,

    Normal.

    HP Deskjet 2540-All-in-One Printer series includes models such as the 2547. The drivers are the same. You don't have to install "HP Smart" but the Product Installation Software Driver as well as the Basic Driver... Yes.

    It's crazy. I had never had this type of problems before.

    Best regards. The updates used to happen automatically before. I didn't have to touch anything. I had to reinstall everything.
