HP printer copies but does not print anymore Solved

Question

Hello,  My printer scans and copies but no longer prints.  I tried deleting the printer and then reinstalling it using the Windows program (I no longer have the installation CD), but the problem persists.  I can print the test page without any issues.  The paper and ink levels are sufficient.  No print jobs show up in "current print jobs."  Could you please help me?  I am available for any additional information.  Best regards, JB

Too bad about the purchase...sorry! At this point, I admit I’m not really sure, nothing seems logical in your problem... You can try uninstalling it and reinstalling it by going directly to the HP website to download the utility, but I’m not sure that will change anything! Have you tried changing the USB port on the PC? In the device manager, what does it say about this printer? In "printers" in the control panel, you told me it’s the only one, right?
