Tinder won't verify my age

Good evening everyone,

I have a problem with the Tinder app.

Before I turned 18, I installed the app (which is not something to repeat!) and naturally, my account was banned. Today, I am over 18, and when I log into my account, I get this screen.

I click on “upload your ID to verify your age,” I check that the country is correct, that the ID is correct as well, that it is current (not expired), I take clear and high-quality photos, and I send them. Tinder then asks me to wait during the verification process. On their site, they say that this process takes “no more than a few hours” (good precision…), but for me, it’s been two days, and I’ve sent my ID four times. Nothing happens, and after a few hours, they send me back to the same screen as at the beginning (the one in the screenshot where they ask me to upload my IDs).

I have no further information, I don’t know if my request has been denied (which I doubt), if it is still under verification (even though it has been two days), or what.

I don’t know what to do, I am on iPhone and I have the latest iOS update, if that can help.
