Hello, I have a little problem: my Acer Aspire 5000 PC no longer detects my iPhone. The first time I connected it to my PC, it was detected, but not anymore. So what should I do?
I have iTunes which works perfectly on my PC, I checked my devices but my iPhone doesn't appear there; when I plug it in, there's a sound of three identical notes, and when I unplug it, you can hear the usual sound when connecting any device... This only happens on my PC because I tested it on another one and it detects my iPhone just fine!
So what is the issue?
Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,
To get your computer to recognize your iPhone, you need to:
That's how I solved my problem, I hope it will help you too.
Good luck.
To get your computer to recognize your iPhone, you need to:
- 1 - Go to Control Panel...
- 2 - Then go to the "Hardware and Sound" section > "View devices and printers"
- 3 - In the "Unspecified" section, you will see the iPhone, right-click on it then click on troubleshoot... It should normally ask you to update your driver, click on that and then wait for the update. Your phone will start charging.
