Printing issue with HP OFFICEJET 7510

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the printer when I want to copy a document; it does not print: the page comes out blank. After adjusting the settings to A4 and confirming, the printer remains stuck on A3. And of course, the following message appears: "the paper size detected by the printer A4 does not match the selected size (A3, which remains stuck despite the interventions) for the print job." The ink levels are good; the black cartridge has just been replaced. Thank you for your help. Best regards.

Personally, my previous printers were HP, but I had various chronic issues with them :(
Tired of wasting time, I asked my computer technician for advice and invested in a Brother Business Smart machine. It is a bit more expensive, but in the end, it's worth it (I'm self-employed and I don't have much time to waste), plus, the cartridge system is much cheaper. Good luck :)

Thank you for your response, sorry I realize I expressed myself poorly, my printing problem remains the same, when I talk about copying a document I'm not using the PC, I place the document on the printer glass and hit "copy" and that's where nothing prints, the paper comes out blank (yes there is a document placed on the glass). The PC/printer connection was working before. Reminder of printer message: "" the paper format detected by the printer A4 does not match the selected format (A3 which remains stuck despite the interventions on the PC and the printer to try to remove this stuck A3 from the printer's keyboard) for the printing task "".
I have a solution, I scan (it works) the document and print it from the PC, it was just to make it "shorter" and thank you..
