How to cancel a subscription to "Edreams"

Hello, unknowingly I subscribed to a membership while ordering plane tickets on a website called "edreams" and I have a withdrawal of €54.99 every year with automatic renewal. Having kept no record of this subscription, I can't cancel it. There are tutorials explaining how to do it, but it doesn't work.

    I tried to change the password that I forgot, but I'm being told it's impossible to change it.

    By phone, it's impossible to reach them without a reservation confirmation number.

    Where can we find a postal address to send them the cancellation request?

      their chat robot is pretty well made (and seems to redirect to a human when it gets stuck), try typing clear key phrases like "forgot password" or "unsubscribe from prime" and let yourself be guided.

      Hello, I have the same problem. In fact, when you purchase a plane ticket, they automatically subscribe you without your knowledge. Then they charge you every year €54.99. I managed to cancel it at 118 707, but it's very expensive if you're in Africa. Otherwise, try 0170360304. They don’t want to refund you, but at least they can cancel it. I hope this is a real scam.     I sent an email to Edreams and received an automatic response saying that I should make my request through this questionnaire.

    The next day I received an email saying that the refund had been processed and that I would receive it within 7 to 15 days.
