Hello,
I have a problem accessing mycanal channels on my PC. I have a Canal+ box that works correctly and allows me to watch programs on my television. It was working fine on my PC until now, but having to be away for a few weeks, I tried to log in yesterday and received the following:
When opening mycanal, when I get to the general window offering channels and other functions, I receive the following message:
"Error
errors.core.MEDIA_IS_ENCRYPTED_ERROS
Media is encrypted and no keySystems given;32
What does this mean and how can I solve this problem?
