Hello, my printer is displaying the following message: > Paper jam in the front.
After repeatedly removing the A4 sheet that was stuck, the error message still appears.
I have reset the printer, cleaned the rollers that feed the paper, followed the various troubleshooting suggestions from Brother, but nothing works; the message continues to display.
Please help me, I have no idea where to look anymore.
Best regards
GF

Hello, yes indeed I have tried everything they suggested on the site but nothing works...
However, there is one method that I couldn’t get to work, the one where you have to slide a thick sheet under the MU tray, while pressing > remove the paper pieces in TS settings, my screen shows > system error and it doesn’t suck in the sheet.
If you have any ideas, I’m interested.
Have a good day
Best regards

Hello....
Thanks for the feedback...
Personally, I do not have the same model of Brother printer but a DCP L2550D and a MFC J615W, on which it is possible to perform a factory reset, and from experience, this method often leads to the resolution of certain problems... or pesky messages that block the printer
Having done it, there are options on the dashboard System Settings ► Init .... option that allows you to return to factory settings
It could be that the paper you are inserting under the tray is too thick???
If you are sure that there is no paper stuck inside the printer, you might try a factory reset and maybe a miracle will happen???
