Hello, faced with this problem, I have:
1- reset the printer
2- carried out a thorough cleaning:
A- a good blast of air if possible
B- your printer feeds the paper using "large" rubber rollers, mine are gray.
You will need a worn toothbrush, dish soap mixed with very little hot tap water to clean them; gently scrub these rollers horizontally, meaning perpendicular to the roller, then wipe and dry with a paper towel; scrub and wipe the entire roller while turning it.
AS FOR ME ON A MFC-J6510DW PROBLEM SOLVED.
best regards.
