Unable to load (open) message on Yahoo

Hello,

I am unable to open my Yahoo messages that I receive. Upon opening, I get the following message:
"Unable to load this message. Please try again"

I had to reinstall my browser "Firefox"; is it the cause of this problem?

I just changed my browser (Chrome) and it seems to be working normally, for now...!!!
I'm staying vigilant because about 2 hours ago, access to my email with this browser was impossible.

I have the same problem since this morning. I don't see how to contact someone from Yahoo. Curiosity: it works via the phone.
