Windows Defender unable to update

Hello,

Windows Defender can no longer update, I'm getting error code -2147023293

I've tried:
- forcing the update but it just spins in circles
- sfc /scannow
- "resetting" via the settings
- PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

Nothing works... what other solution do I have to update this thing?

    Hello.
    Hello,
    Download FRST, once downloaded, save it on the desktop then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator you will see this:

    Click on Analyze

    Attention, wait for the messages saying that the analysis is complete to appear



    At the end of the analysis you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition
    Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to CJOINT see THIS TUTORIAL then provide the two links generated by Cjoint in your reply.
