Voice messages limited to one minute on Messenger

Hello,
Since last February, it has been possible to send voice messages longer than one minute on Messenger. However, I can't exceed that duration. Whether on Android (Galaxy S21+) or on my computer (Windows 10), the voice messages all stop after one minute, just like with the old version. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app (on both devices) but nothing works. Are there any specific settings I need to adjust? Is there something I missed?

No, in my opinion, it’s not active yet either for some users or for the European part, because I don't really know anyone who has this feature active. On the other hand, the rest of the announced features seem okay (posts that disappear after reading..).
