Slow write speed SSD

Hello, I know there are many similar topics, but I’m trying anyway.
I have a 1TB Crucial BX500 SSD, the read speeds are perfect, but the write speeds are slow, sometimes fast, it's random between each test (see attachment).
After contacting Micron, I was asked to leave the SSD on for 6 hours in the BIOS to let the SSD perform its Active Garbage Collection maintenance, but it was unsuccessful. I was then asked to format the SSD, but that also failed.
Do you have any other advice I could try?
Thank you.
Best regards, Kévin.

Hello,
I personally own 3, only for brief occasional use: Linux, some games, resistant external storage.
The BX500 is an entry-level model; once the SLC cache is exceeded, the speed drops significantly. This is also true for many SSDs, but the BX500 is among the worst. Those that are somewhat better drop to more reasonable speeds.

EDIT:
You can run storage executive to see if there are any firmware updates.-
Well, I've already tried Storage Executive, but there are no updates, and when I try to detect errors (quick or thorough) it doesn't succeed (an error occurred). I have 2 other BX500 SSDs, one 2TB and one 500GB, and I have no issues with them, in fact, I'm quite happy with them. I'm starting to wonder if the chip(s) managing the write process on the 1TB SSD is defective, but I haven't used it much. This problem appeared out of nowhere; I noticed that my games were sometimes taking a long time to load, and it was when I tried to copy files to the SSD that it raised a red flag for me.
