Hello,
I bought Big Ben Wireless Active Buds and for some time now, even after fully charging the case, leaving them to charge in the case, etc., they won't work anymore. Sometimes when I try to turn them on, they emit a small red light and then turn off again. Meanwhile, the case shows the usual green light. I don't know what to do; they haven't fallen in water or had any issues, and moreover, they are new.
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 605.1.15
