Is FR allowed to delete a secondary email address? The contract has been terminated but my wife can no longer access her AMELI account, for example.

    Hello,

    What does it have to do with an Ameli account other than an email address for verification of the login authentication?

    An operator is only required to retain the email addresses of a cancelled account for 6 months, and even then, only for reception and not for sending and without access to the cancelled account (for example Webmail).
