I use DeepL which is really good. If the text of your email is not too complex, there's also Google Translate (but not always very reliable).

You can first use Google Translate to translate French to English, and then use Grammarly to check for grammar and spelling errors.
I also agree that DeepL is the best.
Regarding Google Translator, I'll let you read this article The 5 Reasons Not to Trust Google Translations: altraductions.com/blog/5-raisons-de-ne-pas-faire-confiance-aux-traductions-google, not great at all this translator even though it has improved a lot in recent years!!
